Waitangi Day 2021

 Waitangi day is the day that family's and friends come together for this day.   

The Treaty of Waitangi was been signed in 1840, Feb 6. There was an misunderstanding of who should have the power to control to lead, and war. The misunderstanding happened because there were to different languages and there was a anger. 

This is why NZ celebrate the Treaty of Waitangi since 1974 on Feb 6.

    A very thoughtful post about Te tiriti o Waitangi Karmi! I agree it would be very hard to communicate due to the different languages. Ka mau te pai (ecxellent)!
